I've had the same problem with them it's been 2yrs and I'm still waiting to start my meds I think they are waiting for me to die
This office is the most inefficient office I have ever been to. I have to call them several times to get them to do anything. There excuse is they have to do the paperwork when in fact there is no paperwork. the doctor makes the order and sends it to the sleep lab. I made a virtual appt and they never called me. Was given the wrong therapy and then had to use it for 3 months while the office could get it together. I DO NOT recommend this doctor.
