I was having a helpful conversation with the nurse about my son's lab results. When Dr Rachid very rudely came on the phone and asked why I was talking so long. Who talks to a patient like that? What kind of reputable business is this? Then I never got to the bottom of my question because he hung up on me after I expressed my displeasure.
