This is great Middle Eastern food—-very authentic. We had the Ara Yes lamb, the hummus, and the salad with mango. I can’t say enough superlatives to describe the excellence. The ground lamb was mixed with spices (onion, garlic, parsley, mint— my best guess) and encased in a homemade pita and baked to crispy perfection.
