We had great experiences and greatly customer service the person that helped us was very patient with us.
Extremely rude and unhelpful. My friend is eloping in 2 weeks and we went in to ask about the veils. The woman who attended us was extremely rude and condescending. When asking about the veils she seemed annoyed when we were asking questions about pricing. She told us the the veil my friend liked was $160. Tell me why we found the exact same one a few stores down for $50. This is the 2nd time I have had a bad experience at this store. I decided to give it a 2nd chance. I don't recommend it to anyone
My fiancé could not try anything on. What’s the point ? Unhelpful staff.
