Super service with a smile! Love our used 2014 Mazda3 Hatchback we recently bought from University Mazda.
I want to thank the team at University mazda, especially Joe and Dave for making my experience easy and quick. I took my car in for an electrical issue. After they diagnosed and fixed the problem, there was a small crack in my winsheild. These two gentlemen, bent over backwards to get me a new windshield quickly and professionally, including getting me a loaner car at the last minute. I will continue to tell my friends of my positive experience there. Thank you so much!
Excellent dealership! We made a special trip there from BC and were not disappointed. Gary, our salesman, was very knowledgeable and Duane the manager was great at checking in during the long process to make sure we were doing well.
Just bought our third car from Eric Demeter at UMazda. We have always received excellent service. We looked at so many cars before settling on our CX-9. We also shopped around many other Mazda dealers but none compare to the UMazda experience. We never feel pressured or feel like anyone is trying to pull something over on us, which has been a problem we've had at other dealers. All the staff are always kind, courteous and professional.
