Wanted to give a big thank you to the Service department! My engine light came on unexpectedly, and the Service department was able to triage the issue, fix the issue, and I was on my way in under an hour! Ive always had a great experience with them even for my oil changes. Its because of the better quality here ive ditched jiffy lube
I bought my first Mazda3 here three years ago they took great care of it every oil and maintenance, it was totaled in a hit-and-run, I bought a used Mazda3 brought it in for and oil change they even took care of a recall told me what was wrong fix the problems and let me have a loaner car while it was all taken care of, best customer service!
The team at University Mazda is top notch! I've had such a positive experience every time I've taken my Mazda3 in. The process of working with them is smooth, simple, and they do great work. I'm moving out of state, and I'll miss having such an awesome team to trust my car with. Thank you!
