Dont ever bring your car to service here. They told me $90 through the phone and ended up paying $200 for oil change, super moody staff specially Eros very unprofessional
This review is for the service department not the sales department (they’re great). Horrible service everytime I come. I don’t know how it never takes less than 3 hours every time I come to get my car serviced (with an appointment) but it does. Today I came in on time for my 11:45 am appointment. Didn’t start getting checked in until 12. Thinking since it’s the middle of the week and day the wait time shouldn’t be that long. I was told the estimated wait time was 2 hrs. Wrong service took almost 4hrs. Don’t lease a car here ... read more
I had my transmission replaced here and they didn't install the fill plug. My new transmission broke shortly after due to that.
