2 full days to diagnose. 50% success rate when calling in. Open saturdays but don't have a guy to fix your problem, even with an appointment. I ordered parts on Friday, they arrive Saturday morning. They said if the parts arrive they would take care of it that day. When I call, no response after 3 tries. I go in person. They say the part is there but now they can't fix it. I've bought 2 new Mazdas here. 2007 Mazda 3 and a 2016 MX-5 Miata. All services I've done here have always been respectful, friendly and prompt. Their entire customer experience is exactly what you'd expect: timely, great communication and documentation. They've got video updates on your service and send invoices online. I can drop it off at the end of the day and pick it up when its ready. I've also stayed and they have great restrooms and snacks while you wait. Don't hesitate to service your Mazda here!
Everyone I have ever worked with here is wonderful. Even without my warranty I keep bringing my car back because the prices are fair, everyone is incredibly helpful and gets me in and out in a timely fashion, and if my car doesn't need the service they don't do it/charge me for it. I highly recommend coming here if you have a Mazda, you won't be disappointed!
