Majority of the customer service was very kind and they always made an effort to try and resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Had car in for a repair, ended up falsely diagnosing 2 times and charged me for both. Came back in 3 times after that for them to fix it just for them to tell me the engines toast and did not refund anything even though the issue was never solved. Very much appreciate the amount of effort they put in to try and resolve the issue but in the end they ended up charging me almost 5000 for an issue ... read more
