La peor experiencia con Mazda de North Miami- The worst service ever! A $60K car with only 6 months of use has way too many problems, and they don’t even have set timelines for service.

I received a letter from Mazda regarding a recall issue with my CX-90. I called our salesperson, Viktor and he assisted us in setting up an appointment with service department. The service department experience was amazing. Cannot say anything but superb service. From the moment I drove in, I was greeted courteously by the check-in staff. The gentleman at check in took care in placing plastic over the seat and paper for the floor. He told me to walk inside that my service consultant was Raul. Called service department, Spoke to an Anthony there and asked about a promotion I got in the mail from service and asked what it include and he gave me a smart remark said “I don’t know whatever the coupon says.” As a person in sales what a stupid way to respond to a customer. Had a chance to sale me or possibly up sale me on Mazda Services. So I decided to take my car and business somewhere else.

I will never have my car serviced here again. First, even with an appointment, I had to wait 2.5 hours for the over priced oil change and tire rotation. Second, they sent a link of my car being serviced which didn't work. I replied the link was invalid and did not receive a response. But worst of all, my check engine light was on and they didn't even bother to check my 2023 CX5 with 5k miles! I should have known my car was not being handled professionally by the sign in the waiting area! What the heck are "Low caps"?

Been a customer for 5 years, but no more. Brought the car in for an oil change and to check the brake pads. They preformed a back-up camera recall repair and hopefully the oil change, but I had to ask repeatedly if the brakes were checked. When the camera repair would take more than a day they called to ask if I wanted to get a loaner. I went back to the dealer to pick it up, the person inspecting the car pointed out a smudge or paint defect and told me it was damage. RED LIGHT!
