Stay away ... dishonest sales agents and managers. We had an agreement over email to "trade" my CX9 for a new CX90 - and after we did the deal I found out my CX9 as never part of the deal - they simply returned my CX9 to Mazda Financial Services. I only agreed to the deal because it was presented to me as a "trade" - the famous bait and switch tactic ... Based on my experience I would not recommend.It;s like once you leave they don't want anymore to do with you. Maybe if I post on here I'll be able to get another temp tag so I don"t have to get any tickets because your company keeps denying me one. Maybe you're just send me my title so I can get it myself. I haven't been able to go to the store to get food, let alone pick up Christmas presents for fear of getting a ticket that I shouldn't have to pay.
