I stopped taking my car here for service a few years ago after, among other reasons, I found bolts sitting on my driver floorboard following my service visit. I brought the issue to the service managers attention and was assured that the bolts I found on my drivers floor well did not belong to my car. Fast forward a few years and I decided to give this dealership another chance. When I got home after having my alternator replaced I found a bolt sitting under my windshield wipers. I guess not much has changed......
