I was told I could have my mechanic look over a car before purchase. When I found my car all of a sudden it was a buy as is only. Now I know why. Within first week was having mechanical issue. Took it to two highly rated mechanic shops to see if they said the same thing. Both said engine needs to be replaced! That's thousands of dollars!!! I have filed a suit with the Attorney General and am suing for consumer fraud. Was treated terribly by management. The majority of this falls on Michael ****** for being a snake. We negotiated a down payment in which I included an additional $4 to make it $1144 so the monthly payment was a nice even number. This clown gets my signature then adds a line to make it $1444, so when I go into the finance office to sign papers and make payments I discover this. It was not negotiated, although I was supposed to have a service package included that came out to roughly that much so I thought it was ok. Turns out that service package was NOT issue... read more
awful bought a used 2012 volvo s60 t5 for my daughter which was paid in full with my trade in plus i i bought a second car which i financed a year later i traded in the volvo come to find out it had a lien which mazda got the check and cashed and i only got partial payment on my trade in so now im out $1600 what a great way to treat customer after buying 2 cars

After reviewing the documents from your purchase, there does not show any lien attached to the volvo you purchased, if you would like copies of the paperwork filed with the state of Ohio we can provide all the documents, we would not have been able to title the vehicle in your name if there was a lien attached to the vehicle.
