Rosemund, Gene, and Steve took great care of me throughout my search and eventual purchase of a used car. No pressure tactics, no insistent phone calls/emails/texts, and when it came to price negotiations, they were firm and fair. I didn't get even a hint of the "undercarriage coating" finance add-on tapdance. Thanks, all!

We apologize for any issues with your repair, Mr. Wenzel. We replaced your vehicle's radiator, as requested, and performed an evac and recharge of your a/c system to test it. Your vehicle was running great when it left here and the a/c was blowing cold with no leaks found at that time. Any further issues were not brought to our attention until two weeks later. This was the 2nd car dealership that day I had visited. I already had in mind the size of the car I wanted and the amount I wanted to spend . My salesman Victor Thompson listened to me, pulled a couple of cars that met my criteria and explained the different options.He then left me to look it over without pressuring me. I knew then I found what I had wanted. I was really surprised that it would cost me less than what I expected after my trade in . This was my 1st time purchasing a Mazda and it will not be my last .

The sales department may be great, but service is completely inept. I made an appointment online on a Tuesday for Thursday morning for a recall. Got there that morning, was not greeted right away--not even with eye contact, was told that, "one of us would get to you," then when she finally got around to "getting with us," she told us that we couldn't get it done because they had vehicles that didn't get finished from the night before, they didn't have the parts and it would take until Monday or Tuesday to get it done.
