Purchasing my Mazda 3 was an easy and comfortable experience because they have an awesome Sales Consultant by the name of Matthew Schultz. He was very personable and easy to get along with. He explained everything thoroughly and allowed the product to essentially sell itself. If you ever shop at this dealership and want a pleasant experience, then ask for Matthew Schultz.
This is my second time purchasing from Mazda City of Orange Park. I went Saturday to trade in my lease. I had been looking online and received a call from Joel Montijo to schedule an appointment. I told him exactly when I wanted to come in and he was very accommodating. I shower up early and he was ready to help. He remembered what I was looking for and found me the perfect Mazda CX-5. The whole process was complete before lunch time. Thank you Joel for the excellent customer service, we will be back in the future!

Super dealership and Dennis was a splendid representative
Purchasing a vehicle is always stressful, but when you are helping a teenager with their first car buying experience it can be overwhelming. Joel Montijo was superb and went the extra mile to be sure we got a great deal on a safe, mechanically sound first car for my granddaughter. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and helpful and we loved the dealership cat. Thank you all and especially Joel.

I just bought my third Mazda this was by far one of the best experiences I've had and I thought buying my second one was great. I still remember my salesman name and when I walked in the door I had high expectations Victor Thompson more than exceeded them he knew about my car I didn't have to tell him about things he told me and I had done a lot of research. I'm very happy with my CX-5. The service department finance department all wonderful but by far Victor made it well and Miata.
