Ripped Off and Disappointed The service department was extremely misleading when describing services that were to be provided on our 2013 Subaru. They implied that a warranty covered repair would not be covered unless the "30,000 mile service was completed". When we agreed to have the service completed, we were led to believe they were going to change the transmission fluid, coolant, and spark plugs. None of this was done! Excellent Service Department We actually have used the Porsche service department of this facility on a couple of different occasions. They are very quick to squeeze you in for an emergency appointment and have never made us feel like we're being "sold." They only offer to take care of the services you require and will be up front about what's crucial and what's not that important.
