On March 4 (Tuesday), I went to Cardenas Mazda Harlingen to buy a new SUV. I talked with Mr Munivez (sales client advisor).He referred me to Alex Soto (sales consultant) and I explained that I wanted a 2025 mazda cx-50 Hybrid Premium. Mr Soto did not have this car on the lot and I was referred to Mr. Robert Chappell (General Sales Manager). I explained to Mr Chappell what SUV I wanted. BEWARE BEFORE TRUSTING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT DOUBLE CHECK THEIR WORK FOR ERROR There service department is in a sad state. In my entire adult life I have always taken my vehicles to a service dealerships. My vehicles have never gone to a jiffy lube or evil Walmarts. AMAZING service! Connor and the people at Cardenas Mazda made buying my first car a breeze! Had some concerns with warranty on a used vehicle and they were able to make it happen with a great price! Truly good people who arn’t your typical sketchy car salesmen. Great place to purchase! They even offered to fix the cars windshield and any minor fixings!
