Fantastic All The Way Around.
Although the sales rep was friendly, the sales manager was not trustworthy. On the sales manager’s initial quote, he had added several items we hadn’t even discussed with the sales rep plus the interest rate was over 7% higher than was quoted the previous week. We removed the above items, reduced the interest rate to 2.9% and We specifically told the sales rep we were not interested in the one program that cost 2,300.00 but the sales manager decided to include it anyway which of course in the final deal we made, was skipped ... read more
