Brought in a 2026 Sportage for warranty repair of an AC leak, and for application of road films. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and professional. The AC repair took longer than expected, and we were provided with a loaner, so we were never without wheels.
I purchased a vehicle on May 5th, and overall I was satisfied with the vehicle and initially felt the price was fair. However, I was very disappointed to discover additional charges that were not clearly explained to me during the buying process. One of those charges was a KARR security system, which added $599 to my purchase. At no point did my salesperson or the finance staff explain that this system would be included at that price.
