This is the worst service department I have ever dealt with. Had a car that was damaged from the flood back in March of 2025. They claim to have received only part of the carpet order and it will be on back order until August . Problem is that they don't ever answer the phone or return calls. I have had to take time off from work on several occasions to get answers. Have been without a car for weeks now but they keep telling me they are going to get me loaner.
