Charlie was super, super kind and helpful. I called half an hour before the shop's closing time to see if there was any last-minute availability to have my alternator tested and he very kindly allowed me to come in right at the end of the day on such a last-minute basis. Thoroughly inspected my battery (and noticed the connecting bolts were loose - so he tightened them) and tested the alternator (no issue). Super efficient and thoughtful and I'm very appreciative!
Professional and amazing service! One of the best automotive service shop I have been to. Sheldon is very responsive with updates and questions. Very easy and pleasant to deal with! The shop owner, Charlie, is friendly and knowledgeable as well! This shop is run and owned by a bunch of car enthusiasts. Price is very reasonable.
I was a walk-in with electrical problems on my Mazda 3. They had a mechanic come out to take a look, quickly diagnosed the problem, and I was done and out within half an hour. Excellent service, and I'll definitely be back!
(JUNE-2025) ADDITION TO PREVIOUS REVIEW 13 YEARS LATER... HERE IT IS JUNE 2025, I HAVE BEEN GOING TO MAZCARE SINCE... 2012 AND STILL GOING. IT BEGAN WITH LIVING IN SMYRNA.... RIGHT UP THE ROAD JUST 5 MINUTES AWAY WHICH WAS GREAT, WELL THAT HAS CHANGE. I HAD TO MOVE AND NOW LIVE IN DULUTH. OH NO! YOU MIGHT SAY,...
