This place just changed names to Casa Toro. We were told it is the same owners and a similar menu. My group had 6 people. There were TWO other tables full. It took about 10 minutes just to get any attention. Waiter came by and took our orders. Food was VERY slow coming out. I think we waited at least 15 minutes, probably longer. Again, two other tables.
