REPLY TO OWNER: These are NOT affordable and you can EASILY find BETTER/SPACIOUS and less expensive (and the same price as these) apartments to find, like I have already done so in the location and better locations in Portland. Don’t let them scam you and please continue your search :) $1400+ for a super outdated apartment and apparently “new” flooring… why go here when you can find something modern/better for the same price or less lol
