Jonathan Mayweather is a horrible communicator. He did the design for my home. Tried calling him with changes on several occasions. He does not return calls, emails or texts and seems to only speak with the contractor after he makes several attempts to reach him. If your decide to use him just know he does not make modifications. Please get all terms in writing and get a signature before you decide to use him. Never again for me nor would I refer him.
