MEC is a great company and a terrific team to be part of!
I have to say that MEC's customer service has a lot to be desired to say the least. I have tried contacting them through the website and also by email over the past two weeks what should be a simple charge bar question and have not received anything back from anyone. Not even a simple "we received your message and are looking for an answer" nothing. When I contacted a competitor they responded to my questions within 24 hours and included everything I asked for and more. Hopefully someday you will get things together.
Great place to work & terrific community to live in!
Customer service sucks. Wouldn't recommend working for the company unless you like getting paid a low wages and working long hours.
It's sad when Mec started out make shot gun reloader but employees can not have guns in there locked vehicle so they park on a public road n get fired for it
