Very upset with the Bedford DMP facility as they told us if we worked overtime leading up to the holiday weekend we would have it off. That’s fine and dandy but then only make 1 dept come in on top of that only make one shift come in was a bit much. Get to work that night and I’m the only 1 in my dept with 2-3 jobs I can do by myself at most and the 2 laser operators who came in had to sit around because both lasers were down and not running. Updated...4 stars Repairs done faster than expected and the price was lower than originally expected. Loaders were shipped together to save on shipping cost. (good job) Original review: I own 6 MEC reloaders and am a stockholder at a skeet club in the process of replacing 12 clay throwers with MECs (4 so far). Sent two of my 9000GN reloaders in to be gone over and adjusted. The primer tray on one machine was bent during transit. I asked for a photo of damages to see if it was covered by the extra insurance I paid at UPS. Tec... read more

A very progressive company easy to work with
Amazing company to work for!!!!!!
I'm a member of the National guard and worked for this company. they gave me points for missing for drill and after months of trying to get it fixed and it never happened I ended up having to miss over an injury where I was unable to walk. they fired me. this kind of actions shows this company doesnt treat their employees right. with this injury I had multple trips to er and doctor with doctors notes.
