The office staff is rude and completely Incompetent. Dr. Trivedi is decent, but the office staff is a reflection of him and for this reason I would not suggest this facility. There are PLENTY of "decent" doctors with EXCEPTIONAL office staff, go to them instead.

Excellent bedside manner. Does a very good job of explaining the whole process and any results.
I have recommended Dr. Trivedi to many people. He is wonderful. He takes time to listen and explain what I need.
Great staff, Doctor is very nice, and caring.
He's a pleasant person and I assume a competent physician... but very unconcerned about wait times. 2 hours late for my procedure and on my follow up appointment which I waited 3 weeks for... I finally left after 45 minutes of waiting for him. I guess I'd you're in demand you don't have to care. I finally left without seeing him and now have another 3 week wait. Sure hope he didn't find anything urgent!
I had a colonoscopy by Dr. Trivedi and the procedure went well but the doctor and his staff had a care less attitude when preparing me for the procedure. I couldn't understand and the staff just didn't care. They didn't have any patients with me when I ask the to explain everything a little slower. Dr, Trivedi just came out and did the same thing. He had no patience to explain the instructions on how to take the medicine at home. I will never go back this doctor again.
