Took husband for routine colonoscopy that was covered 100%. Required to pay $350 for anesthesia in order to have procedure. Had to make many calls over 6 months just to get provider to file claim. We owed nothing for this claim and it took another 13 months, with about 50 hours of calls, filings with the state, etc. to finally get our refund, 21 months after procedure. Either doctor, who owns anesthesia group, is up to no good, or doesn't realize his staff is.

Dr. Trivedi is the worst doctor I’ve ever interacted with. His demeanor and bed side manner are awful, aggressive, and so lacking of professionalism, care, empathy, or basic interpersonal skills. His staff are friendly but nothing they can do can make up for his incompetence and disrespectful treatment towards patients. I do not recommend any patient trusts him with their health.

Genuinely the best doctor I've ever had. He is the ONLY one who finally figured out what's wrong with me, proposed a treatment plan, and helped ensure I was continuing my treatment. His office is always helpful and organized. They have answers to insurance questions and ideas of how to help navigate insurance. Dr. Trivedi sometimes can seem a little aloof and rushed, but I would chalk that up to his personality and his busy-ness. As a whole, this is a doctor and an office COMMITTED to patient care. Love them all!

During the office visit dr clearly stated that colonoscopy will be fully covered by the insurance. On the day of procedure it turned out that surgical center the doctor uses is out of network and requires $2000 facility usage fee payed upfront. This was never explained, to all the questions the answer from the office was “we are in network”.

Dr. Trivedi was fine. Follow-up was OK. As noted in other reviews, staff was so-so. Friendly but not helpful. They scheduled my procedure at a facility out of network. Cost me $1,000 out of pocket, even though I asked if there was another facility in my network. Was told no, then found out they were wrong after the fact. Also, poor follow-up I had to call several times to make an appointment.

The lack of professionalism and poor bedside manner exhibited by this Dr. was appalling. As a tetraplegic patient with special needs, I found him disinterested in actually diagnosing me and it was one of the most dehumanizing experiences I have had since becoming paralyzed. His 6 minute diagnosis without a testing process left me ill and seeking a new opinion.

Dr. Trivedi has helped me immeasurably, and I have appreciated him a great deal. But he does lack a little bit of empathy when listening to distressing symptoms (which are probably very common to him) and can be a bit abrupt. I mentioned this to a nurse, who said he has good days and bad days. But as a whole, I have really benefitted from him and would recommend!

The office staff is rude and completely Incompetent. Dr. Trivedi is decent, but the office staff is a reflection of him and for this reason I would not suggest this facility. There are PLENTY of "decent" doctors with EXCEPTIONAL office staff, go to them instead.
