Incompetence from the head down. Staff is so rude doctor isn't even in the office half the time.
My son had used the office and their team was completely incompetent. The appointments got moved and rescheduled so many times that we gave up on seeing the Dr. No courtesy or notion of customer service by their office team. Pls be prepared for poor communication. Even 1 star is a bit too much!
