I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation.
