Eric is great at what he does and has excellent character! He helped my wife and I secure our first snd forever home. He then helped us refinance twice. The first time, we were able to leverage rising home values to help knock out our PMI. The second time he reached out when rates were becoming more competitive and helped us secure a better rate and shorter term. Eric knows his stuff and has the best interest of his clients in mind at all times. You're in great hands working with him!
I recently worked with Eric at Mayu Capital and I had the best experience. He is extremely knowledgeable, very professional but also down to earth and relatable. We had a huge solar problem on a file that was delaying the closing and he stepped right in, started making phone calls and worked with the lender and escrow team to get the file closed.
