Maytag has always been my go-to bleu. The best brand to use in a great, rich bleu cheese dressing, in any bleu-based cheese sauce, or just crumbled on salads.
I don't always eat cheese, but when I do, Maytag Blue Cheese is on the platter. Incredible cheese!
