Love Mays! Every time I come to town I make a point to stop for dinner there. Love the blue crab/fries special! This time my son came and he loved it as well. His new favorite resturant!
Been here many times. I always forget that the big crabs are always cooked upon arrival then resteamed to order as day goes on. Always a disappointment. Go with the all u can eats, they don't recon those, At least that's what I hear. May's would get a 10 star rating from me if they at least live cooked all crabs middle of the summer. 2 of 6 extra large had meat. 1 was just bad (which they replaced no problem, but lucky I held on to carcass or apparently would have been issue) other 4 were watery grey meat per usual. Crabs were great!! Service was mediocre-probably because it was a weekend. When we go during the week, it's usually better.
I got all you can AYCE crabs. The service was good but the crabs were very light with meat. I'll try Avery's next time.
Amazing! Our server was Erin, and She was THE BEST! My wife is in the food industry as a Chef, and It is difficult going places, and They Blew me away, I was My first time eating there, but my Father in law and Her have been before! And they did to disappoint then, and they sure didn't disappoint yesterday! We are planning on driving down in a couple weeks to bring my parents down to try it! The best food hands down!
