Getting ahold of the office is like pulling teeth and the options on the phone are so limited you can’t talk to anyone, also the app doesn’t have any specifics. The maintenance crew is awesome but in general very disappointed
Definitely wouldn't recommend. The housing staff is rude and petty also picky. They have these old houses which they don't care about but yet care about how the outside looks. They favor people and hire lawn guys who lie about mowing backyards even when there are no pets or toys. When you make a work order or complaint they just ignore it.
We have lived here for a few years now and love everything except for the leasing staff. They have been rude and when we have had a complaint in the past, they do not seem to take it seriously. They seem to pick and choose who to send their own complaints to and be sticklers for the most ridiculous things. I am glad it is not only me with this opinion but other spouses as well that live(d) here. The only reason we live here is because of affordability and safety but even then, they make it difficult.
