Arzon is an outdated clinician which shows from practice to clinic. It is truly my belief that they are much more concerned with billing every cent they can than the actual patient care. It’s 2021 and to visit a doctor who doesn’t use a computer and still writes scripts on paper is dumbfounding. She told me on our first visit that “a lot of people don’t like my approach” and now I can see why. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for a pediatrician.
Dr. Arzon is an excellent pediatrician who truly cares for her patients. She is brilliant and I wouldn't trust anyone else to care for my children and grandchildren!!!!!!
We had many problem s with Dr Arzon. She billed us for two appointments because we discussed some skin issues he had previously instead of sticking to one topic. She didn’t listen to me. My son was 2.5 and only in pull ups at night. When he told me he had to potty, she told him he had to wait because we were talking. He was still learning what it feels like to need to pee, so he had tried a few other times during the appointment. She was annoyed and he ended up having an accident.
Excellent diagnostician and pediatrician! I highly recommend!! :)
