Al principio muy ética, solo sabe poner prednisona y decir q no es la Dra del dolor, realmente muy decepcionada, menos mal q me fui a tiempo,
I was trying to get an appointment by calling their office and the automated system said every then and there "your call is important please hold for the next available agent". I was holding the phone for 1 hour and 55 seconds, when I was the next person in the queue, the automated voice telling me that they are unable to take the call and please leave name and number. They never called back. So irresponsible office. They don't have any courtesy to put an option to get the number and call back.
I do not recommend rheumatologist Mayra Acosta, she does not let you finish explaining your pain situation, at the end of the consultation while I was talking she said goodbye to me telling me that she was not going to talk anymore, very unprofessional when cutting off my communication with her
