I was trying to get an appointment by calling their office and the automated system said every then and there "your call is important please hold for the next available agent". I was holding the phone for 1 hour and 55 seconds, when I was the next person in the queue, the automated voice telling me that they are unable to take the call and please leave name and number. They never called back. So irresponsible office. They don't have any courtesy to put an option to get the number and call back.
I do not recommend rheumatologist Mayra Acosta, she does not let you finish explaining your pain situation, at the end of the consultation while I was talking she said goodbye to me telling me that she was not going to talk anymore, very unprofessional when cutting off my communication with her
Awful people make you drive all the way to Mercy Hospital Park pay for parking walk 20 minutes to get to their office make it wait 30 minutes at the office in Mercy office get copy of your records would you asked for for 3 weeks I've been going to the Kendall location for 4 years and the way they treat their patients has a lack of care with people who have bad knees have to walk instead of just getting my records there at the office where I've been going to 4 years awful
Mayra Acosta is by far one of the best Rheumatologist Doctors in Miami, if not the State. My wife arrived at her doorstep some years ago, in trouble, and Dr Acosta, came to the rescue, providing her , with the exact medicine, she needs, my wife, has taken back her life, thanks to this highly educated, extremely knowledgeable, wonderful doctor. When you arrive, loose the attitude, the fears, the apprehension, give her the time she needs to help you, I give you my 1000% Guarantee, you will never regret it.
