I really appreciated Dr Noerdlinger welcoming and his no nonsense approach to the problem I came to see him.I can only recommend him for his professionalism and his kindness.
Dr Noerdlinger was personable and clear in explanation of diagnosis and treatment. I was pleased to be able to get a cortisone shot at the same appointment and be on a clear path to long term healing of my shoulder.
Dr. Noerdlinger took the time to explain where my bone spur was and what it was doing to the tendon.

From my first visit with Dr. Noerdlinger I was comfortable and he explained why the reverse shoulder replacement was for me. Comforting to know he didn't look at me as just another shoulder patient. Manners are number one, his time he takes with letting you understand is key! If I know anyone who needs shoulder treatment he's the best. Also sending me for laser therapy seems much better than maipulating sore shoulders.
Dr. Noerdlinger explained to me what’s wrong with my shoulder and the X-ray. And what’s kind of intervention I need. Cortisone shot and therapy. I was a happy patient after I heard that. Overall great experience!
I was referred to Dr. Noerdlinger by Dr. Lehne. It was a good visit. He indicated my shoulder pain warrants a shoulder replacement, which will be sometime in the future due to having to have a knee replacement in August. I found him very helpful with his explanation of my shoulder's arthritic condition.
Thoroughly explained what my problem was and offered what my choices were to correct it.
