Absolutely horrific experience here. $8000 bill for nothing. Unbelievably incompetent medical staff compared to every other medical professional I have seen . I am scared to ever see another doctor again after my experience with Mayo/Erika Kennedy. Writing this after another sleepless night trying to figure out how to pay the bills and having nightmares about the experience. Arrogant, heartless staff with zero accountability.
Bout as bad as it gets for healthcare
It's hard to figure out where to go in this building, so I'll give some instructions where I can in case anyone is looking for help with the areas I know about. When you first go into the parking lot, if you are looking for ophthalmology or optometry, go to the left and go around the building. Lab and primary care and pharmacy are to the right, though there are one or two entrance from the left as well.
