I've been seeing Debra at the Mayo Counseling Center for over 6 months now. She's been a wonderful therapist helping me through childhood trauma, traumatic events, PTSD, depression and anxiety. It's been hard work (what therapy isn't) but it's been so worth it. She's been at my side helping me every step of the way, encouraging me to grow, heal and live life in a healthier manner.
