Deceptive Billing practice…
This used to be the most prestigious place for healthcare, but those days are over. I had a provider look me straight in face before evaluatin me, and tell me he would not treat my systems. "The needs of the patient come first," and "Solving the Unsolvable" are absolute gimmicks. They DO NOT care AT ALL. They are too big, and ride the laurels of those who worked so hard pre-COVID. This place has lost its way.
I recently decided to find a new primary care physician. I decided to switch to Mayo. I saw Dr Christina Hughes. From the moment I walked in the door I knew it was going to be a good experience. From the front desk, the lady that checked me in to the nurse that did my vitals to my doctor. Everybody was so nice so caring and just super sweet. Don't be fooled. This is a money making business. My wife had a procedure done and while she was under they did another procedure that wasn't discussed. Long story short $1,000 later and we are still fighting it. This is unbelievable. You are suppose to help sick people. Disgusting and unprofessional. They don't deserve 1 star.
