Dr Lachance is amazing! He truly does this as a passion. We're blessed to have him as our doctor
When you spend so much of your time trying to find a doctor who can help just to be told they wont take you as a patient is heart breaking. What is the point of being the "best" If you deny patients without reason. Either the doctor's here are ill exuipt to handle difficult cases or they cant be bothered to explain why you are denied. Then you have to wait a full year to reapply. As far as im concerned they dont care about people enough to give them the time of day. This place and it's doctor's should be ashamed.
The staff will lie to you and mislead you while acting like they are your friend. Most predatory institution I have ever been to. Go ANYWHERE else. This place is beyond incompetent.

We have received wonderful neurological services for my husband. Mayo provides such a high level of patient care. We feel confident in his doctors and he is achieving much better seizure control. We are very thankful for the team at Mayo Rochester Neurology.
