Mayo Clinic, Mitro Prolapse Valve - murmer went bad. Robotic Heart surgery through my right side! Coming upon 2 yr mid Jan. Recent heart ck was great. Preparing for knee surgery of right knee. I went to ER with serious rectal bleeding after eating at 2nd Street McDonalds near St Marys. When I told the Mayo doctor that I just ate at the nearby McDonalds and one burger had a caustic chemical taste with just one bite...and only one bite... the doctor said... oh... that's not possible because he was friends with the McDonald's owner. When I said this was what happened... the doctor proceeded to jam a needle for a blood draw deep into my arm thru the vein causing a tear in the vein resulting in a giant hematoma. We stayed at an attached hotel, and it was nice that they had walkways to the hospital so we wouldn't have to go outside. I felt we were treated with professional medical staff and that the healthcare system was set up in an organized fashion to effectively treat many people. I would go back if the need arose.
