The cafeteria is very rude. I asked three times for my orange juice that I ordered with my meal and finally I was done eating so I when I left I asked for my money back on the orange juice. The lady who could not seem to get her butt off the chair and do anything went to look for an orange juice. I told her I was done with my meal and just wanted my money. Didn’t seem to matter that I want my money back! I just left. It’s not the two dollars. It’s a principle of it that you pay for a meal and get ignored.
What and how to say it... my mom has been here at St Mary's for now 3 weeks with various things popping up and the nurses are good to listen and take care of her when they can and tell the doctors what we know and have noticed with her and everyone all around is great on making sure she gets better to leave the hospital... But as far as this policy of 1 person staying over night, and admin saying no to 2 people, it's ridiculous, especially if pediatric can have 2 support persons and another child besides the patient is ok.
