It is a mixed review. The staff, PAs, MDs, RNs etc are great. However, the system itself stinks. Mayo will schedule surgery without ANY input from the patient or family, causing A LOT of unnecessary stress, emotional roller coaster, worsening mental health spiral, etc. For example, my father's health portal informed him he was scheduled for a particular cancer related surgery in 3weeks from the message. We did not have a really good experience here. Waited quite a bit of time to get into here but at the end of the day the facility I was at 200 miles back home was just as fine as this facility. If anything this facility has more volume and they just miss more if anything they don't have like a special machine or a magic wand that your doctor at home doesn't have to make life better. I had to learn that the hard way please do your due diligence before coming here.
