From the amazingly talented doctors, the knowledgeable and compassionate nursing team to the cordial and helpful hospital staff...everything about Methodist Hospital is top of the line and a true blessing!
One-star review My recent experience at Mayo Clinic–Rochester was shockingly disappointing. From the moment I walked through the doors, it felt as though basic courtesy had been tossed out the window. Reception: The front-desk staff were anything but welcoming. Eye-rolling instead of eye contact, curt answers to simple questions, and a general attitude of “you’re lucky we’re even talking to you” set an awful tone for the entire visit.
