Worst medical records department I've ever had to work with.
We had a really bad experience here. If we could do it over we would spend the money elsewhere and wouldn't have wasted our valuable time at such a horrible facility. If you're going to come to the Mayo Clinic or any of its clinics or subsidiaries in Rochester do your due diligence first and why you're coming want money you're going to spend and where you're going to spend it.
