I’m never going through this again. My 24 year old son passed 4 days ago. Still getting packages in his name. They never helped me through the process after he passed away. Never asked how are you doing. They rushed to get rid of us.
I thought all my doctors and nurses were very informative and helpful. The guys by the entrance who push wheelchairs were a godsend
Mayo took my mom into hospice days after she went to the ER and was diagnosed with metastatic cancer. We had a team of mental support professionals checking in on us constantly. The nursing staff were beyond kind and understanding. When she was put on 24/7 monitoring the nurses never made us uncomfortable. We got to know them and they definitely got to know us. When she passed they cried too and were very respectful of us and my mom.
