I got into urgent care same day which was a surprise as usually it takes at least 1 day to get in. I was prescribed antibiotics. The Clinic deemed having to be pre-authorized. I contacted my insurance company and they said that was it necessary. my insured company contacted the clinic so I can get my medicine and here. I am two days later and I still don’t have my antibiotics.

Had. Med review with. S. Watson np. Jan 8 2026. Worthless. Never able to access for a pharmacy to. Fill. So off heart. Cva meds. Since. Plus other meds. Worthless visit

I was really nervous about coming here since I had lived my whole adult life in another state, going to the same clinic & hospital. But I was very happy with the experience and the people I met that made the process very painless and stress-free.

A huge thank you to C.N.P Amy Newman and nurse Heather in the ObGyn department! I needed a new practitioner and Amy was amazing. She listened to my concerns and had a depth of knowledge regarding women's health that was so refreshing to hear. Heather was also so kind and supportive. Everyone from the front desk to scheduling was helpful and positive. Thank you so much for a good experience at a stressful time.
