I was there less than 8 hours, than ran same test over and over again even though I told them I didn’t want the tests I couldn’t afford it. And they told me I needed a blood thinner I told them for what they said because I needed it. I told them I can’t afford it they said not to worry they would cover it . They lied I go the bill and saw they ran the same tests over and over again after I told them I couldn’t afford and they charged me 756 dollars for a medicine. They just care about making money not someone health
Seen by Radiology Imaging Dept for an MRI. Easy and fast check-in, started the scan on time. All the staff were awesome, rhe facility was very clean and newer MRI machine with more room than the older models I have been in. Parking is always full at Nayo. I always park far out in the parking 2 or 3 so not to deal with the heavy parking. It's only a 2-3min walk to the front entrance and they do have golf carts going around to pick you up if you need it.
I am currently seeing Dr Brady, my proctologist who performed surgery almost a year ago. Im very happy with how things are going, with the way Im treated by the good Dr and also but all the staff. Nurse Shannon and nurse Amy are amazing, heck even the cleaning lady is super nice and polite. At Mayo clinic, Ive had the best experience and will always recommend it.
Medical and cancer treatment is second to none
The office of patient experience will leave you feeling exhausted and defeated telling you your only recourse is to file a case with the medical board against Dr Green. If you are unfortunate enough to need care from their Neuro team you had better have some amazing luck rolling those dice because if you get stuck with a doctor who will spend months gaslighting patients and staff ultimately calling me a liar that I never asked for an MRI in their 7T MRI machine you are stuck.
