Of all the hospitals, clinics, and medical waiting rooms that I have visited around the world, this is, without a doubt, the most appealing one. Of course, you would only come here for the quality of care and that is usually at the upper end of expectations. And though beware, they do not suffer fools and I noticed that many of the low ratings seem to be the result of people's own errors or misinformation. I called to make an appointment. Person asked about insurance. I said Medicare. Person nastily said, “We don’t accept Medicare!” Isn’t that age discrimination??

Got list went to the wrong building. Then got where I needed to be. Had to valet park which I am disabled. And ended up 10min. Late and they made me reschedule. I'm very upset. Went down to get my car that they weren't even back with the keys yet and they wouldn't give back the $9 that they charge to park your car. This doesn't seem right at all.
