Mayo 420 is a great place to live. Beautifully restored unique historical building that has direct access to covered parking and is walking distance to arts district, BOK, and downtown restaurants. Management and maintenance personnel are extremely professional, courteous, and responsive. Maintenance crews are always willing to help in any way possible and handle all requests with a sense of urgency. If you're looking for a great place to live in Downtown Tulsa, you should tour the Mayo 420.
Two years at The Mayo 420 and I'm not going anywhere. The maintenance guy and the leasing office are the best I've dealt with, period. In two years I had exactly one issue, my hot water tank, and it was fixed within 12 hours. That tells you everything you need to know about how this building is run. Great location, great people, zero drama. I love this place.

Great location, great views and lots of character in the building. The apartments have high ceilings and concrete floors which makes them very quiet. The door with direct access to a covered parking lot is very convenient.
I absolutely love living here!! We have new Staff and they are all so wonderful. Specifically, for me, Shantelle has been an absolute DREAM to communicate with! Neighbors are all so kind and keep mostly to themselves. There are people living here of all ages and I have absolutely 0 complaints. Noise level here is also great! Everyone who lives here genuinely loves living here. I have personally lived in two other downtown apartments and I can tell you 1000% this is hands down my favorite.
