Return renter - Property manager Jennifer always has catered to my needs and is an excellent source of information. I love the art-deco era interior and (quality) new appliances, as well as the easy walk to work each day. Blaise + staff keep immaculate care of this historic building - i have never had an issue with a maintenance request, always timely and complete work performed. Highly recommend if you're considering downtown Tulsa!
When I was moving to Tulsa, I was still out of state so I wasn’t able to tour before I moved. I had been communicating with Jennifer Brown and she was extremely helpful and showed me a walk through - I took a leap of faith signing and I’m really glad I did. I was a resident here for less then a year. Was excited to move in, loved the location and space! But I was forced to move early due to the lack of safety, accountability, and poor management by Wiggins Properties. Within the first month I had the maintence man, Blaise, come in for a repair. I had to leave before he was finished. I came back to find he was gone and also an expensive purse. I reported the situation to Sam Hinson the property manager. In the summer the building Stinks because the trash is only picked up three times a week and when I complained about it my front door access did not work for three weeks ( not a coincidence). Staff can be very rude over the phone or when you see them down stairs at Shiloh’s. When I got the apartment it was very dirty, not even mopped, I left the apartment cleaner than it was when I found it but got charged a cleaning fee then Office staff makes claims that I was advised of the cleaning fee when we really talked about furnitu... read more
