I had a lot of work done by Maynor and his team but the last job, poured patio has major issues. He blames the spalling from salt usage but areas where no salt was used has spalling more than areas that were. Seal is peeling and step up areas are cracking. I have tried and tried to tell him that there are issues with the install and my concerns were not heeded. Patio was poured during a rain storm and sealant applied when it was raining. My family experienced water and wind damage earlier this year. We had to be placed in a hotel. After reaching out to numerous companies, we chose Maynor construction. I am glad we did!! If it wasn’t for Maynor and his staff, I wouldn’t have made it. The process was long and depressing because of being away from home. However Maynor and his staff reassured me.
