The equipment they used during my adjustment was very advanced and sophisticated. It made me much more comfortable knowing that I was getting the most safe, current treatment. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I started out as one of Al's first patients, in the 80s. I must have been gone for a long time, though, because coming back into his office, the only thing that really caught my attention was how over-booked he was. No doubt triple-booked, not just double. I showed up on time, but he didn't. After waiting half an hour, I rescheduled, and they put me in at 8:45 am on a Monday, "so that you don't have to wait". No thanks. I canceled, and that was that.

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
