I know Mayling through my realtor. She coordinates the paperwork's for my home purchase. In my personal experience, she's always on top of things, no matter what time of the day I contacted her. In my recent purchase, I had contacted my realtor at 4pm on a Sunday to bid for a house, after finishing with the loan officer by 5:30pm, she was already prepped and ready to go with the bid document.
